The center of our body is a very interesting area. Close by the navel we have an important Chakra (energy center), internal organs and even the navel itself is important, especially on a more subtle level.

With a specific practice focused on the core area of our physical body we stimulate internal organs, glands, the digestive system, spine and on a higher energetic level the 3^rd Chakra. As a result we can  feel more centered, flexible and stable at the same time, more at ease and healthy. Just by practicing consciously and focused.
