This 2 hour class is held once a month, towards the end of each month to provide adequate attention to be placed on learning and refining inversions, specifically headstand (sirsasana), shoulderstand (salamba sarvangasana), handstand (adho mukha vrksasana), and forearm stand (pinchamayurasana).

The session will explore preparatory sequences as well as modifications on how to safely, but most importantly mindfully, approach inversions. class size will be limited and is taught by a different jivamukti london teacher each month to offer diverse perspectives. It is strongly suggested to book in advance. Bring your questions and sense of adventure.
